Good morning !
I began my interest in personal development in 2002 through the practice of Kungfu. With the help of this art, I was able to develop skills in self-management (emotional management, confidence and esteem) and I also discovered an approach to mindfulness meditation. I researched self-management (emotional management, confidence and esteem). In 2009 I started a coaching position in the sports world and I noticed that the mind had an equally important place and at all levels. Then came a growing interest in the subject, which led me to do more research over the years. I was able to help my teams manage their emotions with a personal approach. It was in 2020 that I took the plunge by taking a first training course in mental preparation to continue with training as an expert mental trainer with the Focus training, the school of mental preparation . In 2023, I became interested in well-being and personal development. To train myself, I chose the International Coaching Institute . A school with over 20 years of experience. Empathetic by nature and attentive to the people around me, I have always been concerned about mental balance and well-being. This is why, today, I want to share my approach.
For whom?
Coaching is accessible to everyone as long as they want to progress and move forward.
For the coach: create a space free from any judgment in which the Coachee can speak freely.
For the coachee: put into words what turns out to be a daily source of interference that hinders their personal development.
